Assistant Manager / Manager (HR Policy)

In this role, you will:

- Develop and review employment terms and conditions to ensure DSO adopts fair and progressive employment practices
- Review employee benefits policies and programmes in order to enhance existing benefits propositions as well as to identify, research and deliver new benefits
- Conduct regular checks on the employment updates and ensure HR policies adhere to employment law and relevant regulations
- Assess and review HR policies and procedures in alignment with DSO’s strategic directions
- Disseminate and respond to inquiries on policy matters, ensuring clear communication of policy information
- Advisor to various levels of stakeholders for all employment policies and benefits programmes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Human Resources
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Able to present proposals and programmes to management and employees
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Good understanding of the implications of employment law and HR practices
- Have HR operational experience to appreciate the relationship between policy and implementation
- Experience in drafting proposals and HR policy reviews
