The Assistant Manager/Manager is the centre lead for partnerships and liaison with external local partners from the community or industry, for service-learning or social innovation projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

Overall: Service Learning and Social Innovation Projects (lead staff for LOCAL projects)
- Ensure smooth running of current local service-learning or social innovation projects
- Ensure smooth running of local projects with external community or industry partners
- Provide administrative support and logistic support to the needs of the projects
- Provide updates and reports to Director and Deputy Director; provides updates to Centre Manager.

USI2001 (coordinating staff for LOCAL projects)
- Provide administrative support for one undergraduate module (USI2001) helmed by the Centre
- Coordinate the resource persons coming from the various community/industry partners who are keen to help the student teams as they go about doing their project based on the problem statements provided (local community partners)
- Oversee the operationalisation and administration of local projects for USI2001
- Liaison between students and local partners
- Assist in at least one overseas trip annually.

CLASIC Grant Projects (supporting staff)
- Track project progress and support Centre Manager in following up with Principal Investigators (PIs) on CLASIC Grant projects (with local community partners)

Event Coordination (supporting staff)
- SIT Community Challenge
- YESProgram activities
- CLASIC Project Sharing Seminar, once every trimester
- CLASIC Workshop / Seminars

**Job Requirements**
- At least 3 years of experience in office administration work
- Prior work experience in liaising with community or industry partners
- At least a polytechnic diploma
