We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Mo's Grill and Bar located at West Coast Highway area.

As our Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and productive team environment. You will work closely with our management team to create and implement strategies to increase revenue, control costs, and maintain high service standards.
- Previous experience in restaurant and bar management
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with guests
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control and inventory management
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality or a related field is preferred
