Summary / Objective

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service, maintaining customer satisfaction
- Hire, train, and manage staff, providing ongoing coaching and development
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and liquor licensing requirements
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant and Bar Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control and inventory management
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality or a related field is preferred
