As our Assistant Manager, you play a crucial role in overseeing our daily operations while working hand in hand with our Branch Manager to achieve our monthly sales targets. We are seeking driven, independent and customer-oriented individuals who have a strong inclination to lead, train and motivate your team to achieve their personal targets. **Your contributions to our joint success**:

- Assist the Branch Manager and manage the day-to-day operations and sales of the outlet
- Accountable for all staff performances and training (e.g. Customer Service, Sales, etc.)
- Assist in ensuring proper appointment records
- Manage staff training, schedule staff roster & conduct weekly staff meeting
- Ability to motivate all staff

- Results and service oriented
- Self-motivated and independent
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work retail hours (5 working days per week)

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
