**About the Department**:
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of 8 to 10 consultants based in Singapore and Malaysia
- Manage, prioritize and assign the requests from project teams to provision or refresh dev and test environments
- Ensure environments are provisioned using the approved bank’s processes and tools
- Ensure issues and requests raised by project teams are handled in timely fashion
- Manage internal stakeholders: Project Managers, Dev Leads and System Analysts
- Work closely with the internal Infrastructure, Security and Support Teams to resolve issues
- Propose and implement solutions to improve the team's efficiency

**Job Requirements**:

- 10 to 15 years of experience in technology, including at least 5 in environment management
- Past experience on Murex Environment Management
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Shell Scripting and Python
- Strong Experience on Devops tools: GIT, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible/Chef
- Good understanding of Network, Physical and Virtual Infrastructure and Cyber Security
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and documentation skills in English language
- Good leadership skills and Stakeholder Management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Must have a positive work attitude, highly motivated and a team player
