We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to oversee office operations while handling essential HR functions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in day to day operation of the HR and Admin functions and duties.
- Perform end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interview coordination.
- To assist in the process of foreign workers work pass related matters, WICA, hospitalization insurance in compliance with MOM requirements.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring in salary computation, allowance and statutory submission.
- Monitor staff and workers daily attendance and leave records via HR system.
- Update and maintain employee records in the HR system.
- Maintain proper P-File management to ensure all required documents are accurately filed in both physical records and the HR system.
- Process expense claims and allowances in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare HR report (e.g. attendance, leave records, manpower report)
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and labor laws.
- Maintain training records.
- Any other duties assigned by HR Manager/Director.
**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma in HRM, or related field.
- Mininum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and handle HR duties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of HR software is an advantage
