**Qualifications**:
Your Profile
- Minimally three years as Executive Sous Chef or one year as Executive Chef in a well-established luxury hotel brand
- Great knowledge in restaurant and banquet kitchen management
- Creative and innovative on menu concept
- Well-versed in operational standards, managing food and payroll cost & driving financial goals
- Comprehensive knowledge of business needs and productivity requirements
- Strong understanding of hygiene standard
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent administrative, customer service and interpersonal skills
- A can-do attitude
