What You'll Be Doing
  • Prepare and cook dishes across a variety of cuisines with consistency and precision.
  • Work with fresh seafood and premium meats, developing advanced butchery and handling skills.
  • Contribute your culinary background to help shape unique, event-specific menus.
  • Assist in prep schedules, logistics, and kitchen flow for smooth event execution.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and organizational standards.
  • Support and collaborate with the team, ensuring seamless service.
What We're Looking For
  • Chef de Partie : At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
  • Junior Sous Chef : At least 5 years of experience, with the ability to lead sections and guide junior staff.
  • Passionate about food, adaptable to different cuisines and event styles.
  • Strong focus on quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Interest in developing beyond cooking — into planning, operations, and leadership.
