**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. **BUILDING A GREAT PATIENT EXPERIENCE**:

- Manage and convert inquiry calls to registrations by building a rapport with the individual, family and/or loved ones as well as assessing the level of care needed.
- Manages the administrative elements of the registration process: from enquiry, registration, scheduling, on-going care through to feedback
- Maintains communications with families, sometimes after typical business hours and on weekends.
- Clearly and directly explains payment and patient policies to families and/or care-givers.
- Ensures that all intake forms are completed and signed upon admission
- Manages and maintains active leads/clients in the patient database
- Attend to visitor and walk-in guests
- Interact with patients, parents and WINGS Team

2. **ENSURING A GREAT ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR PATIENTS**:

- Maintenance of center cleanliness
- Handle mail, postage & courier
- Order pantry supplies, stationery, therapy and other general center supplies
- Maintenance of all therapy equipment
- Upkeep security of center
- Assist with Accounting activities
- Assist with invoicing and Accounts Payables and Receivables through XERO
- Assist with ad hoc administrative duties

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in the relevant fields (Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications)
- Prior experience in Healthcare or Childcare sector will be an advantage
- Intimate knowledge and use of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Computer literate - Intermediate to Advanced MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Xero and Talenox (preferred)
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing will be a plus
- Independent, excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good analytical, organizational, creative thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Entrepreneurial spirit

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
