**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Patient-Focused Care: Greeting patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. Preparing patients for examinations and treatments, including taking vital signs and explaining procedures. Providing patient education and answering questions about chiropractic care. Assisting with basic clinical tasks like preparing treatment rooms and managing equipment.

Administrative Duties: Scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance paperwork. Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and managing patient communication. Performing basic cash handling and payment processing tasks.

Clinic Operations: Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment. Managing inventory of non-clinical supplies. Assisting with other administrative or clinical tasks as needed.

**Key Skills**:
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and listening skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Computer proficiency and experience with patient management software.
