Assistant Manager / Manager (Security Operations)
In this role, you will:
- Review and analyse existing security processes, identifying areas for digitalisation and automation
- Develop and implement security systems to enhance security posture
- Collaborate with security governance and stakeholders to design and implement new security processes and end-to-end systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement effective security digital solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for security performance
- Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing security systems
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Data Analytics / Security Management / Security Technology
- Possess strategic thinking and planning
- Proven experience in digitalisation and process automation
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration
- Demonstrate a proactive approach and possess a strong mission-driven mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team and motivate team members to achieve work objectives
- Strong communication and staffing skills to engage management, staff and team members to articulate security concepts and communicate security strategies
