Working hours: Mondays to Sundays, 0830 to 1700 (5 days' work week)

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling for appointments

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in call center/customer service is preferred
- Comfortable with working on weekends
- Must be able to converse fluently in English
- Competent and confident in using the computer
- Comfortable with working on rotating shift
