As a Call Centre Officer, you will play a vital role in achieving our Customer Centre targets while

ensuring the highest quality of service. Your responsibilities include:

- Meeting KPIs without compromising service quality.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance in handling customer requests.
- Cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.
- Migrating customers to the Bank’s digital platform.
- Adhering to professional standards of behavior and conduct.
- Flexibility in work deployment to meet business needs.
- Supporting Operations in resolving customer follow-ups and transactional requests.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: Up to $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Call center: 2 years (required)
