
Event, Admin Associate/executive

Provide administrative support for the team, and secretariat support and execution of events.
**Key Accountabilities:
1. General admin support for the team
- Maintain team list and update information
- Manage team’s events inventory and stationery supplies
- Welfare officer
- Liaise with TSV Corporate HR, Admin and IT on administrative matters
- Liaise with TSV Corporate HR & Admin, Temasek Admin, IT Service Desk and new hirer or staff on onboarding and offboarding matters
- Liaise with IT Service Desk and Temasek Technology team for relevant software licenses approval
- Liaise with IT Service Desk on equipment request, collection and set up
- Manage financial process (purchasing order, invoice submission, billing request, etc)
2. Event secretariat and admin support
- Manage scheduling
- Prepare WIP decks and meeting notes
- Prepare and pack events materials to events onsite
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with third party vendors
- Manage F&B and dietary requirements and logistic setup
- Responsible for successful delivery of the events, ensure smooth communication with partners, vendors, manage registration desk and the onsite team
**Dynamic Adaptation**:
- Maintenance of database and mailbox enquiries
- Manage transfer and transportation requirements
- Design and create graphic adaptation for event collaterals
- Digital events setup and co-ordination
- Team-bonding and/or activities organisation
**Qualification, Competencies/ Other Requirements**:
Qualification:
- General University Degree or Polytechnic Diploma
Knowledge & Experience:
- 1-2 years’ of work or event management experience
- Good Microsoft Office Skills

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player
- Adaptable and can react to changes readily
- Able to work independently
- Driven, confident and well-groomed
