**Location**:Singapore
**Work Arrangement**:Hybrid (Primarily Remote) _This role operates on a flexible hybrid model. While most work can be performed remotely, team members are required to be available for on-site activities, including client meetings, site visits, and live event days.**Job Summary**:The Events Executive is the organizational backbone of the events team, responsible for providing crucial support in administration and client servicing. This role focuses on the initial stages of the client pipeline and ensures the seamless flow of information and documentation, forming the foundation for successful event execution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Proposal & Quotation Development**:Create compelling proposals and accurate quotations for potential clients based on detailed instructions from the Event Manager.
- **Client Pipeline Support**:Screen and manage initial client inquiries, ensuring promising leads are briefed to the Event Manager for further action.
- **Administrative Support**:Assist the Manager and Senior Executive with scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining project files.
- **On-Site Event Support**:Act as a key support member on event days, managing ad-hoc matters, coordinating volunteers, and serving as a runner to ensure smooth operations.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**:Schedule post-event client meetings and assist the Manager in compiling necessary information for debriefs.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- A Diploma in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 0-1 year of experience in an events, administrative, or coordination role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong proficiency in productivity suites, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Comfortable using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for research and content creation.
- Basic graphic design and editing skills using Canva would be a significant advantage.
- Excellent written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Customer-service oriented with a professional and positive demeanor.
