**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and submit **customs declarations** via **TradeNet** for air, sea, and land freight.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with **Singapore Customs** and other regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams to arrange timely deliveries and clearances.
- Monitor and track shipment status and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain proper filing of shipping, customs, and regulatory documents for audits and internal controls.
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and customers to support the full logistics cycle - from planning to delivery.
- Assist in resolving any customs or cargo discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain operational data and reports using logistics software and MS Excel.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma or Degree** in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
- **1-3 years** of relevant experience in logistics or freight forwarding operations.
- Proven experience using **TradeNet** for **customs declarations** is preferred.
- Knowledge of Singapore import/export regulations and HS code classification.
- Familiar with logistics software (e.g., CargoWise, SAP, or similar TMS/WMS platforms).
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office** (especially Excel and Word).
