Role Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Treasury Operations Executive to join our team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day processing of Treasury transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to system enhancements and automation projects within a dynamic treasury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and verify the daily processing of Treasury transactions, including trades, payments, and settlements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as the Treasury Front Office, to resolve transaction-related queries.
  • Prepare and issue trade confirmations to counterparties in a timely manner.
  • Generate, check, and release payments and settlement documents with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Assist with investigation and resolution of discrepancies, and perform routine reconciliations.
  • Support the team in testing automation scripts and system enhancements to drive operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a Treasury, Banking, or Financial Operations role.
  • Solid understanding of banking processes and end-to-end transaction workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and validation.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team.
