Responsibilities:

  • Partner Growth & Management: Serve as the main point of contact, building strong strategic relationships. Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and develop joint plans to achieve sales targets and market objectives.
  • Enablement & Performance: Oversee partner onboarding, training, and certification to enhance their capabilities. Track and analyze partner performance against KPIs, providing coaching and support for improvement.
  • Program Execution & Compliance: Implement channel policies and incentive programs (e.g., MDF, rebates), ensuring they are understood and executed effectively. Uphold company compliance standards in all partner interactions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to align resources, resolve partner issues, and support key partner initiatives.
  • Operations & Analysis: Maintain partner management systems (PRM) and ensure process efficiency. Analyze channel data to report on performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in channel operations, partner management, or B2B sales. Experience in digital power, renewable energy, solar PV, energy storage, or data center power solutions is an advantage.

  • Skills:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM / PRM or channel partner platforms.
  • Languages: Proficient in English (written and spoken). Additional local language or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Other qualities: Detail-oriented, results-driven, able to work under pressure, quick learner, and team player.
