Job Summary:

  • 5 days' work week

  • Location: Changi

  • Working hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities:


• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned outsourcing project, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across the deployment.


• Act as the primary liaison between the client and MCI, ensuring timely communication and resolution of operational matters.


• Coordinate closely with the client's HR and Admin teams on Prosoft-related tasks, including clock-in/clock-out tracking, attendance issues, and system queries.


• Manage the onboarding process for new joiners: create profiles, collect and verify documentation, and conduct orientation briefings on workplace expectations, rules, and dos and don'ts.


• Conduct daily walkabouts to ensure all MCI seconded employees are at their designated workstations and are wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).


• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Recruitment Consultants, Operations Teams, and outsourced staff to ensure smooth service delivery.


• Liaise with MCI's Training & Development (T&D) department to obtain monthly updates on new joiner headcounts and training schedules, and relay relevant information to the new employees.


• Ensure that all check-in/check-out logs and related operational documents are accurately maintained and updated in compliance with audit and client requirements.


• Monitor adherence to safety regulations and site-specific security measures, escalating any concerns as needed.


• Address and manage any employee grievances or escalation matters in a prompt and professional manner.


• Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.


• Monitor, track, and report on operational KPIs and performance indicators to both MCI and client stakeholders.


• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time to support operational excellence and project continuity.


• Any ad hoc duties assigned.
