This reputable organisation is hiring a Senior/Executive, Investment & Asset Management based in Singapore, reporting to Head, Investment & Asset Management.

You will be a part of the Investment & Asset Management team whose primary focus is to pursue profitable real estate investment and divestment opportunities in Singapore and ensure the investment portfolio meets the company’s strategic and investment objectives. You will primarily render support in the 2 core areas as follows:
Investment
- Assist with acquisitions and divestments including preparation of investment proposals, business plans and budgets
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses for development opportunities which may include greenfield, brownfield, redevelopment or value-add opportunities
- Conduct market research, info collection, collation and analysis of property market performance and prepare market reports for updates to internal management and key stakeholders

Asset Management
- Assist on master planning/revitalization programs and new developments planning
- Manage cost of operations and maintain desired level of property services commensurable with the positioning of the properties
- Initiate Asset Enhancement initiatives to improve returns on the properties

**Requirements**:

- A good degree in Real Estate/Business/Finance or related discipline
- Qualification in CFA will be an added advantage
- Familiar with real estate valuation methodologies, property valuation principles and asset management
- Strong in financial modelling and investment feasibility studies
- Possess strong analytical and financial skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
