Executive Director, Investment Banking

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead coverage efforts in Southeast Asia or South Asia, develop and maintain long-term client relationship
- Identify IPO/M&A opportunities systematically
- Lead client pitch efforts, provide advice and recommend strategies to meet clients’ needs
- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, and maintain relationships at senior levels
- Leverage on the firm’s unique value proposition, mobilize team to initiate transaction ideas and drive key execution milestones
- Coach junior bankers to help them develop key analytical skills required for a career in investment banking as a team leader
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, business management or other relevant disciplines from a well-established institution
- At least 10 years of investment banking experience in Singapore
- Strong sector coverage in Singapore/Southeast Asia
- Passion and resilience for business development
- Highly motivated, committed and responsible, with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels within the organization
- High standards of professionalism and ethical conduct with integrity
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Mandarin speaker highly preferred
