**Infrastructure**

We deploy long-term capital through direct, and fund investments across the capital structure to diversify our portfolio.

**What impact can you make in this role?**

You will be part of a team that invests into infrastructure companies with stable and predictable cash flows, long-term inflation protection and reasonable risk-adjusted returns.

We are looking for curious minds and hard-working individuals to join us as an Associate in the Infrastructure team on a 3-year fixed-term contract (full employment terms & benefits). As a member of the Singapore-based Infrastructure team, you will primarily cover infrastructure investment opportunities and existing portfolio companies across Asia and Australia.

**What will you do as a Infrastructure Investments Associate?**
- Evaluating and executing new Infrastructure investments
- Preparing financial analysis such as DCF models
- Preparing and presenting quantitative and qualitative analysis to the investment committee
- Establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with counterparties and potential investee companies
- Managing and reporting on assigned investments, for example, supporting GIC representative at investor and board meetings, interacting with management and other investors on a regular basis and working on various strategic initiatives with investee companies
- Be part of special projects as assigned from time to time (for example, developing new analytical systems, or market mapping of industries)

**What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?**
- Deep curiosity to learn, impeccable work ethic, team-first approach and interest in becoming a strong investment professional
- Ideally at least two years of work experience with a working knowledge of corporate finance. Relevant work experience in a consultancy firm, an Investment Bank or a buyside firm covering Infrastructure / Real Assets / Private Equity investing
- Preference for strong financial modeling (DCF, LBO) and inherent interest in dealing with numbers
- Maturity and strong written and verbal communication skills are critical due to close interaction required with senior members of investment team and external parties
- Undergraduate degree from reputable institutions with top academic qualifications and demonstrated strong performance
