This is an opportunity to join a disruptive green DC operator with significant expansion plans across Asia Pacific and you will have significant exposure to the full data centre development life-cycle along with C-level, Board and investors exposure. This role will be based in Singapore and will directly report to the CEO.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

As a Chief Financial Officer, you will be the Finance Leader of the organisation and manage a lean team with:

- Overall responsibility for the strategic planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the company; including but not limited to business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance.
- Oversee all matters relating to financial reporting, taxation, capital management, treasury, risk and compliance management.
- Driving the company's financial planning and providing advice on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risk; Capital raising, relationships with lenders and investor relations experience will be an added advantage
- Good control and evaluation of the company's fund-raising plans and capital structure.
- Support Corporate Development and M&A efforts - Ensuring appropriate usage of cash flow for the business operations.
- Other ad-hoc duties, when required.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline, with minimum 15-20 years of relevant experience; MBA/CPA will be an added advantage
- Proven track record within the Data Centre/Technology/Financial Services/Real Estate industry in a CFO/Regional Financial Controller
