**The Company**

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Manufacturing MNC with a long tradition of providing outstanding service to customers in multiple locations globally. Due to evolving business needs, we are now recruiting for a high caliber CFO to be part of the executive team on formulating strategies to grow the business.

**The Role**

Reporting to the CEO and managing established teams across Finance, HR and IT, you will be working closely with the management team on operational activities and sales strategies. Provide leadership to optimize the company's financial performance and strategic position. Ensure that the company's financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.

Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities. Ensure budgeting & rolling forecast processes are carried out and reviewed. Management of company cash management policies, working capital, AR, AP, Inventory. Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met. Establish a high-level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties including Auditors, Bankers, Statutory bodies, Customers, Supplier and other business partners.

**Your Profile**

To qualify for this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant and have a Degree in Accountancy with minimum 15 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. We are looking for a CFO who possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the executive presence to work with senior management, investors and external stakeholders. They must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation and exercise sound judgement.
