Head of Finance, Singapore (Listed Semiconductor)
Our client is a listed semiconductor MNC with Singapore as its Global HQ. They are currently seeking a high caliberHead of Finance to be part of their Finance Leadership team.
Reporting to the Group CFO, this role will lead and manage the output of the Singapore finance team for Sales & Trading Entities, R&D and manufacturing facilities.
SOME OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Managing Singapore’s financial close process, reviewing weekly, monthly and year end closing process to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Oversee and manage the consolidation process, financial analysis, budgeting and cashflow related activities for the group.
- Identify financial risks and improvement opportunities and recommend suitable solutions to management.
- Continuously structure, standardize and optimize financial processes and controls for the business
- Ad-hoc projects to support strategic business decisions and efficiency improvements.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with CA/ACCA/CPA qualifications preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Finance or Accounting with at least 6 years of proven track record in people management.
- Semiconductor and Electronic Manufacturing industries experience will be highly preferred.
- Demonstrate critical/strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written & verbal communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
