Our client is a global company with footprints across the world dealing in industrial raw materials. Headquartered in Europe, there is now an exciting opportunity to join the Asia team based in Singapore as Regional CFO/Deputy CFO
- Responsible for all financial and related back office teams including financial accounting, management reporting, credit, treasury, tax, legal, HR etc. across all Asia Pac offices
- Provide strategic inputs as the Group executes its growth plan
- Strong business partner to commercial leader in all finance operation matters
- Review and improve back office processes and controls
- Mobilise teams and resources and organize work in an efficient way to support business growth
- Maintain close relationship with Finance organization in other regions and the HQ to implement best practices as appropriate

You should ideally have the following attributes:

- Degree or masters in Finance, accounting or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of related experience
- Proven track record of managing diverse finance and back office teams across Asia and effective business partner to Senior Management and the business
- Hands on person managing various Finance functions regionally
- Keen interest in streamlining processes, improving controls
- Excellent stakeholders management skills across different locations and functions
- International working experience, especially in North Asia would be highly advantageous
- Exhibit strong potential for growth and possessing positive attitude
