**Job Position**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the logistics sector.
- Promote and sell Wiseway's freight forwarding services, ensuring that customer requirements are met and exceeded.
- Manage end-to-end logistics solutions, including pricing, operations, and delivery coordination.
- Provide customers with accurate and timely quotes for air, sea, and land freight services.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless movement of goods.
- Develop new business opportunities and identify areas for growth within the Singapore market.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any logístical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade and customs regulations.
- Monitor and track shipments, ensuring the timely delivery of goods and the satisfaction of clients.
- Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics industry, specifically in freight forwarding and sales.
- Proven track record of business development and sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of Mandarin or other regional languages is a plus but not required.

- Bachelor's or equivalent (required)
**Experience**:
- Freight forwarding / sales: 5 years (required)
- Logistics industry: 5 years (required)
