**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Follow up on customers' orders, ensuring the accuracy of order details, price and discount information
- Prepare sales documents, reports and maintain consistent records
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth delivery of parts and service orders
**Requisites**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive work attitude and willing to learn
