**Main Responsibilities**:

- Key point contact with external and internal stakeholders, including customers, global senior leaders, as well as all levels of the APAC organization
- Business acumen to ensure Project profitability, efficiency, and quality goals
- Direct project costing and justification of capital expense request
- Manage capital expenditure and asset deployment activities related to the assigned projects.
- Manage customer initiatives as assigned with considerations from all angles
- Ensure customer contractual obligations are met / contract compliance in relation to the project
- implementation.
- Provide appropriate tools such as project planning, scheduling, action trackers and dash board
- Monitor and control of quality service performance and project performance.
- Sustain LEAN culture
- Provide leadership in project management ensuring all sites and projects at APAC region are managed within the customer’s expectations
- Develop solutions and execution strategies in complicated or novel situations.
- Drive the business by influencing decisions through advice, counsel or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree &/or above
- PMI certification or membership will be advantageous
- 4 or more years of professional experience preferably in industrial background with exposure of working across multiple geographies
- Leading projects in a complex business environment
- Excellent track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of operations/project leader who has a demonstrated understanding of QDIP and Lean and is able to coach, mentor and train peers on a continuous improvement journey.
- Able to demonstrate results-based success through working within and implementing a high performance culture in a manufacturing and/or logistics and supply chain environment
- Multi country experience, across multi countries/cultures is an advantage
