**Roles & Responsibilities**

Job Summary

Manage medium to large projects, with small to medium complexity or business impact, in accordance with Alfa Laval’s project methodology to reach desired outcome.

**Job Description**:

- Manage project on time, on specification and on budget
- Has the authority to make decisions and manage the allocated resources, within given frame and budget
Stakeholder management and communication
- Report to steering committee (internal and external)
- Provide Technical Support in regards to the project team
- Harmonised the project management and project task flows in power and cruise and offshore project businesses to utilise synergies between the power and cruise project businesses and offshore business.
- Detect deviations and select best practices utilising extensive knowledge and know how on mulitple business line and managing complext project
