Assistant Project Manager

6 days (Mon-Sat)

Location: Boon Lay

Basic Salary: $4500 - $5000

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and managing project timelines to ensure works progress according to schedule.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, vendors, and subcontractors on project-related matters.
  • Support day-to-day site operations and ensure work complies with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Assist in reviewing drawings, material submissions, and procurement to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor project costs, prepare basic cost estimates, and support variation control.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and assist in resolving site or technical issues.
  • Ensure safety requirements are followed and support implementation of corrective actions.
  • Prepare progress reports, monitor milestones, and support senior team members in overall project management.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with contract management and preparing tender documentation.
  • Able to lead a team of project engineers
