**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Managing Client relationships
- Managing 4 to 5 design projects concurrently in Chinese Yards
- Providing overall leadership for the project while maintaining a focus on achieving targets efficiently
- Development and presentation of project plans, respond to Clients
- Liaison with the Shipyard, Classification society, Vendors & Clients
- Weekly progress reporting to Client & Management
**Desired Profile**

Essential requirements for this position are:

- Technical/ marketing skills for shipbuilding industry
- Experience in project management
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong Leadership and bilingual communication skills in English/ Mandarin
