**Your role**:
We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Operations (GameFi). In this role, you will work closely with Head of BD, Gaming to split the workload into four key areas: onboarding new projects, account management, gaming strategy, and market research. You will be responsible for formulating and adjusting strategies, managing accounts, and ensuring the successful integration of gaming infrastructure projects.

**Your responsibility**:

- ** Onboarding new projects & business development**
- Identify and discuss new leads with potential partners and projects. Negotiate deals and onboard new projects into our ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the GameFi space.
- ** Account Management & Project Integration**:

- Provide white-glove treatment to our partners, ensuring seamless integration of their projects.
- Manage tokenomics, scheduling, and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Structure and run campaigns within the ecosystem, including Degen gaming events and other community activities.
- ** Gaming Strategy & Market Research**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in the GameFi sector.
- Formulate and adjust gaming strategies in alignment with company goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Build and document internal gaming strategies to foster development growth and ecosystem expansion.
- ** Infrastructure Business Development**:

- Manage accounts for gaming infrastructure projects, ensuring successful onboarding of wallets, NFTs, and other necessary platforms.
- Identify and onboard the right infrastructure to support gaming developers, enhancing their capabilities and growth potential.

**Your craft**:

- Proven experience in business development, strategy formulation, and account management, ideally within the Web3 space, GameFi or blockchain gaming sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal-making.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on integration and partner satisfaction.
- Deep understanding of tokenomics, marketing campaigns, and community engagement within the gaming ecosystem.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, NFTs, and decentralized finance principles.
