**What You Will Be Doing
Our venture studio generates product ideas internally and/or works with external founders, vetts them, and accelerates from within the organization. Internally, these ideas are validated and capital is raised. Once the new idea has proven its product-market fit, the studio then spins it off into a separate portfolio company.

We are looking for a Product Manager who will play a part in developing products from conceptualization through to launch and operation. You will work closely with executive management and be put in charge of projects as you play a crucial role in aligning stakeholders and executing the product roadmap.
- Work with C-level management to develop customized and impactful product solutions for clients.
- Bridge communications between business and engineering in order to prioritise feature development to deliver best-in-class products with strong market fit.
- Review product specifications and requirements to scope out new products in detail.
- Work with UI/UX designers to build an enjoyable and seamless user experience and elegant product design
- Iterate on product functionalities and designs by gathering customer feedback, engineering innovation, and industry trends.
- Appraise new product ideas informed by market research, user feedback and competitor analysis.
- Assess and improve sales and market share performance by evaluating sales call results together with the executive management team.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products with detailed analysis of proposed product requirements, industry needs, and technological trends.
- Prepare return-on-investment analyses and time schedules to develop roadmaps for new products.

**We Would Love To Hear From You If You Have**:

- Bachelor's degree with excellent academic results.
- At least 3 years of product management experience with background experience in UI/UX design and product development.
- Experience in the financial, fintech or blockchain industry will be prioritised.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to take the initiative to forward team goals.
- Enjoy solving complex problems with technology.
- Experience and exposure to the construction industry preferred.
- Strong business acumen, team player, results-oriented.
- Passionate about technology and delivering good product experiences.
