Studio Manager

Jal Yoga International Pte Ltd is a homegrown brand with studios in Singapore,Malaysia, Indonesia and Dubai. Jal started in 2017 with the first flagship studio and over the last 6 years, we have expanded to Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Jakara, Dubai and more expansion in the next 2 years.

We are currently looking for Studio Manager to join our team in Singapore.

The Jal Yoga Studio manager is responsible for the performance of their two assigned studios, including but not limited to revenue generation, client service management, studio management and team management.

The Studio manager will own their studio’s operational needs and ultimately be responsible for the client’s experience in the 2 studios entrusted to them and are responsible for the overall studio performance including revenue, retention and customer satisfaction. The studio manager needs to be a team player and importantly a team leader overseeing teams across sales and customer service in the studios.

Job responsibilities

**Revenue generation**

The studio manager is responsible for the revenue targets for the studio. This includes revenue generation through new client acquisition as well as renewal sales.

Marketing collaboration: The studio manager has to work closely with the marketing teams to develop marketing and sales strategies to achieve the revenue targets and also closely with the customer care teams to ensure members retention and renewals of their memberships.

Sales strategies : Ensuring that the sales handbook is always up to date and the information is clearly communicated to the teams so that there is no missed opportunity.

Customer Data management : Responsible for managing the customers data including suspension, refunds, transfers and termination and makes sure that the data is up to date on a daily basis without follow ups.

**Member management**

Members retention : The studio manager is responsible for members happiness and retention by analysing trends and behavioural data of class attendance, customer complaints and resolution and renewal rates of the studio.
Customer complaints resolution:
They are effective in managing complaints tracking, booking and attendance processes and will work with the customer care team for timely complaints resolution adhering to the Jal Yoga service standards.
Attendance strategies - drives the attendance strategies in the studios by analysing the attendance data and giving suggestions to the HQ team which ultimately drives customer retention.

The studio manager is passionate about customers and always keeps the customer first in every action.

**Team Management**

Hiring and retention :The studio manager works closely with the HR team to hire and onboard new team members to the highest standards.
Performance management : The studio manager is responsible for his team's performance and participates in objective setting and objective performance evaluation with the management on a quarterly basis.

Training and mentorship : The studio managers coaches and keeps the team abreast of all schedules, class types, product lines and operational improvements to adhere to the Jal Yoga standard of operations.

**Operations Management**

The studio manager effectively manages these facets of the studio working closely with the HQ operations team
- Studio cleanliness and hygiene : take charge of the look and feel of the physical environment of the studio.
- Class booking and class scheduling management:

- Optimising schedules : for customer care teams and teachers management
Cross functional collaboration - collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment in delivering a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints

Data cleanliness :Make sure the revenue numbers are accurately reported every week and take part in an end of week /monthly tally of accounting data.
