Department Operations- LevelInternship- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Assist on automation projects and operation efficiency improvements.
- Monitor operation performance, collaborate with both internal and external teams (e.g. Product, SOC supervisors, external vendors).
- Assist team members in other tasks assigned
- Support research projects including industry benchmarking, competitor studies with respect to revenue generation strategies
- Improve on existing dashboards and reports to support operations and planning team

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL is an advantage
- Able to communicate ideas and plans with stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
- Work well with cross-functional teams and thrive in a dynamic work environment
