DepartmentOperations- LevelInternship- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Identify opportunities and collaborate with both internal and external teams to achieve overall business objectives and growth attainment
- Utilise SQL to efficiently extract data for end-users
- Assist full-cycle projects on data acquisition, data cleaning, data analysis and data visualisation
- Monitor and optimise reporting flow from back-end to front-end
- Automate data collection and aggregation processes to build reporting dashboards
- Support research projects including industry benchmarking, competitor studies with respect to revenue generation strategies
- Generate ad hoc reports to support operations and planning team

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree/master in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant disciplines.
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/ Powerpoint
- Knowledge of SQL & Python is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
- Work well with cross-functional teams and thrive in a dynamic work environment
