DepartmentOperations- LevelInternship- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Perform end-to-end optimisation of existing last-mile processes to identify gaps and ideate new and creative ways to improve last-mile operations
- Work with local operations, regional product management teams and developers to implement tech-enabled productivity improvement initiatives across Southeast Asia
- Provide support in data cleaning and building dashboards, etc. for day-to-day tracking of key success and performance metrics
- Work with the Regional Shopee Xpress (SPX) last-mile team to conduct data-backed analysis of different opportunities to determine the best way forward for the business

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain management or relevant disciplines from a recognised university
- Practical knowledge of SQL and Python are preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High energy, self-motivation & ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Good project management skills, with keen interest in driving business outcomes
- Full-time (3 to 6 months with LOA) applicants preferred, but part-time applicants (min. 3 work days a week) are also welcomed
