Our flagship platform, Broadcast, orchestrates personalised WhatsApp outreach based on clinical priorities - automating nudges, reminders, and education to support follow-up and preventive care. We work with clinics, health systems, and researchers to close care gaps and make proactive communication a seamless part of healthcare delivery.

About The Role

As a Strategy & Operations Intern, you'll support the sales team in driving growth, from researching new clinical segments and maintaining CRM systems to refining pricing models and improving funnel performance. Beyond sales, you'll also contribute to research in behavioural science and clinical operations, co-designing patient engagement campaigns alongside our healthcare partners. You'll work closely with the founders across strategy, operations, and go-to-market, helping shape how clinics engage patients at scale through Broadcast.

What You'll Work On

  • Support go-to-market strategy and execution across new clinical segments
  • Maintain sales ops systems, including CRM, lead tracking, and funnel dashboards
  • Assist with pricing, deal structuring, and commercial model development
  • Conduct market and user research to inform campaign design and messaging

Who We're Looking For

  • Structured thinker with an interest in sales strategy in digital health
  • Clear communicator who enjoys solving ambiguous problems
  • Detail-oriented, fast learner, and unafraid to get hands dirty
  • Bonus: background or interest in digital health, B2B SaaS, or consulting

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $ $1,200.00 per month

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
