Shopee Xpress Operations Intern

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Coordinate Shopee Xpress initiatives through strategic planning and proactive communication within various sub-teams in Shopee Xpress
- Develop business cases, presentations and reporting for senior leadership
- Identify bottlenecks in projects and propose solutions
- Manage, track and report on projects to ensure project deliverables
- Assist in developing engagement strategies with external parties
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other quantitative-related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical skills to understand business implications and sensitivity to data
- Ability to pick up new skills promptly and proactively
- Ability to communicate ideas and plans with stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment to make an impact
- Full-time interns are preferred (3-6 months)
- Students who can commit part-time, mínimally 3 working days a week, are also welcome to apply
