**About the team**

Our Commercial team is a pivotal component of Doctor Anywhere. We're a tenacious group in charge of a wide range of business development and strategic partnership initiatives. Our primary job is to establish and expand our collaboration with insurance providers, healthcare agencies and corporate clients in order to provide healthcare to employees and the community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Business Development managers in their strategy to deepen engagement level with key clients, upsell DA other products and develop the business pipeline.
- Be able to build rapport with the working-team of key clients as part of stakeholder management.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads for the DA suite of products and services, and support the sales opportunity cycles.
- Responsible for overall coordination with internal business partners to operationalise all deals, to ensure timeliness of service delivery, project rollout, requirement fulfilment and ensure accuracy of data to facilitate efficient engagement.
- Gather market intelligence, share with relevant areas and identify implications for key clients to ensure appropriate measures are taken to redress
- Proactively communicate relevant information to various other areas to ensure they have the necessary understanding to make decisions
- Maintain easy, quick and high-quality interactions with all touch points and escalate resolutions in a swift and client centric manner
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, tender proposals, pricing and other pitch related documents
- Support the preparation and issue new contracts and renewal documentation within agreed timeframes
- Support development and implementation of technical parameters, policies, and frameworks for others to work around with
- Support sales operations in extracting and analysing sales numbers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree with 2- 3 years of related Business Development and Account Management experience in a fast-paced enterprise sales environment. Fresh Graduates who have no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Proactive business development go-getter, looking to push beyond good, with desire to achieve excellent sales results.
- Highly customer-focused individual with outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
- Takes pride in the commitment to deliver the promise of good pre-sales and after sales service.
- Highly motivated and innovative individual possessing the ability to work under pressure and to continuously meet tight deadlines and service standards
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, ensuring sales meetings are well organized and agreements are completed accurately and efficiently

- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required
