MIT SG Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager in the field of food and agriculture. Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the food and agricultural market by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand our product portfolio.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, industry partners, and research institutions to foster collaborations and drive business development initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, reports, and proposals to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Biochemical Engineering. A Ph.D. is a plus.
- Proven experience in fermentation process development and optimization, preferably in the food and agricultural or biotechnology industry.
- Strong knowledge of microbial fermentation, including strain selection, media optimization, and downstream processing.
- Demonstrated business development experience, including market analysis, opportunity identification, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot fermentation-related issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
