The TikTok App Ads and Gaming team is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building advertising products for app and gaming clients on TikTok. Our vision is to make TikTok the leading platform for app and gaming marketers to acquire, retain and monetize users by building products that support unique vertical needs, new monetization models and different stages of the app lifecycle.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Based on a strong knowledge of trends in the mobile marketing industry particularly in Mobile Gaming and App Services to affect the strategy/direction of product solutions;
2. Partner with Sales leadership, Business Marketing, Global and Regional Product Marketing Managers to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies for mobile app ads adoption and growth;
3. Collaborate with our gaming product and solutions team to build customer-centric solutions for our mobile gaming advertisers globally, focusing on new title launch lifecycle phase;
4. Partner with cross functional teams and regional product marketing teams to Develop programs through the lens of clients, ultimately driving business outcomes for our clients and be accountable for new title launch revenue growth alignment with Sales;
5. Partner closely with sales teams and utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements and prioritise solutions to influence the direction of product development for new title launches lifecycle phase.
**Qualifications**:
1. BA/BS degree or above;
2. 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products, specifically in performance marketing;
3. Strong knowledge of app measurement industry&solutions (SDK, SKAN, 1P/3P app ads attribution, MMP etc.) and experience working on qualitative and quantitative measurement of marketing campaigns;
4. Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills. Ability to build strong compelling narratives and ability to simplify marketing messaging to resonate with different audiences;
5. Gaming experience with a technology company, media agency, consulting firm preferred;
6. Proficient in both English and Mandarin languages to engage with external Chinese stakeholders and review content/documents in Chinese.
