Global Game Operation Manager

Global Game Operation Manager (Events Plan and Commercialization) requires a particular understanding of games in Southeast Asia and even all over the world and also specific knowledge of local user habits and product general situation. This position not only requires close cooperation with the Greater China publishing team, but also needs to establish a good relationship with local users, promote the implementation of game localization content, and provide local users with an unparalleled gaming experience.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in designing the version strategy and roadmap in global markets, especially in Southeast Asia, and improve the players' experience of each version in a specific region;
2. Based on the operation data and players' needs of each region, formulate different operational events plans for each region and put them into practice;
3. Optimize the commercial content of the game based on its Unique Selling Proposition, category characteristics, and players' needs in different regions;
4. Promote cross-team collaboration and cooperate with R&D, creators, suppliers, publishers, and other parties to push the implementation of certain events;
5. Assist in operating an active player community to ensure a good brand image on the players' side.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, at least one year of relevant experience;
2. Be familiar with the trends of the Mobile Game Industry in the SEA region, especially Singapore and Malaysia;
3. Strong inter-cultural communication skills, have empathy and good judgement, have a special understanding of the requirements and nails of the RPG players;
4. Like playing different Mobile Games/Console Games/RPGs and have your own insights into these games;
5. Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, with a deep understanding of cross-culture background. A strong ability to drive complex decisions is a plus.
