**What You Will Do**:

- Be responsible for the operations work related to Genshin Impact;
- Work closely with game development team by providing essential information and insights, allowing developers to make informed decisions based on the players' feedback and analysis;
- Align core product designing goals and in-game content in versions with the game development team;
- Carry out product analysis through various types of player tests and different analysis to provide product optimization plans, keep track of progress in versions, and ensure game content quality;
- Enhance the communication and connection between players and product side with various measures.

**What You Will Need**:

- Loyal game players, basic understanding of the gaming industry, familiar with various video games, especially mobile ones;
- Extensive gameplay experience with Genshin Impact is a plus;
- Strong ability of logical thinking. Have a brief knowledge of game designing, development, or operations;
- Experience in one or more operation-related fields, including but not limited to product event designing, gaming experience, data analysis, online communities, player management, etc;
- Willingness to work with teams, ability to communicate and express in a clear manner, and a strong sense of responsibility.
