WonderHero is a play to earn mobile RPG game. The anime inspired turn-based game is on iOS and Android platform where players collect Heroes, Weapons and equipment to enter RPG combat and play to earn tokens in a fantasy world.
The blockchain based company has communities in more than 12 countries, namely, global, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Spain, France, Italy, Turkey, Latin America and Russia. WonderHero is the first incubated project of Polkastarter, the world’s largest crypto laundpad, it also sold 5,000 NFT boxes on Binance NFT in less than 30s.

**Main Objective**
The Game Marketing Lead will set the bar for marketing programs that will maximize the impact of WonderHero social media channels, communities, influencers and partner relationships. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about mobile gaming, relentlessly innovative, have exceptional communication abilities and has a desire to continuously build WonderHero to a top tier global brand through consistently effective global strategies.
**Missions**
- Ideate and lead the strategic marketing plan at the enterprise level, driving innovation and maximum value to WonderHero.
- Build marketing partnership relations to drive exponential impact.
- Responsible for delivering an exceptional player experience in our channels.
- Set standards that ensure marketing plans and executions meet and exceed the objectives and the expectations of players.
- Build and develop a team capable of Global Marketing as it grows.
- Drive successful marketing campaigns through channels such as online ads (search, display), social media, affiliate program, EDM, influencer/streamers relationships.
- Stay ahead of trends and liaise with other business units to create new opportunities to add value to the game ecosystem
- Develop awareness in the gaming, blockchain and play to earn industries with compelling press releases
- Engage with key partners (such as guilds) to execute best-in class co-marketing campaigns
- Ensure accountability by driving excellence in measurement, analysis and reporting.
**Qualifications**
**Requirements**:
- Passion for mobile games and a good understanding of NFTs.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial working style.
- Strong strategic skills with experience working in a fast growing company.
- A track record of success building global marketing campaigns and strategic relationships.
- An innovation mindset along with a deep understanding of digital marketing, influencer, events, PR and owned channels.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing
- 5-8 years of marketing experience in gaming, payments or a high growth digital space
- Solid understanding in digital space including SEM, social, mobile marketing, traffic generation and digital eco-systems.
- Experience in full-stack marketing is a must.
- Prior working experience in digital agencies is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with track record in building and managing a high performing team
- Strong stakeholder management skills and strong presentation, written and verbal communications skills. Ability to communicate conceptually and tactically - including strategy, planning, data insights and execution details
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage, collaborate, leverage and thrive in a fast-paced matrix environment
