The Role

We are currently seeking an established Regional Director - Roads & Highways, ASIA to manage this sector across the_ South East Asia_ region. Multiple office locations available across this region.

As the Regional Director, your leadership and operational direction to the activities of the Roads & Highways ASIA Region in collaboration with the other discipline leaders and in consideration of the wider business.

This position ensures the operational and technical excellence and performance of the Roads & Highways ASIA Region with the effect of growing the Infrastructure function through optimal people, commercial, business development, client relationship management and project performance.

Beyond these core functions, your leadership is instrumental in cultivating strong client relationships, contributing to the overall growth and success of SJ Group.
- 15+ years in the industry with proven success in Senior Management roles.
- Expertise in managing large-scale & multi-disciplinary projects, client relationships, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline; postgraduate and project management qualifications highly regarded.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and market trends across the South East Asia region.
- High level communication skills, including negotiating and resolving highly complex commercial, technical and people matters.
- Proven ability to build trusting and productive client relationships as well as being recognised as a State authority in the sector
