Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Performing administrative and clerical assistance to Finance/HR department
- Maintaining administrative files and documents, including data entry
- Handling other various administrative duties such as dropping cheques to bank twice weekly, mailing out letters and office maintenance
- Handling front-desk customer service; attending to visitors, clients and other company stakeholders
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned as when necessary
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE'N' level qualification
- Experience in administrative duties is advantageous
- Good verbal communication skills
- A team player that is able to work independently
- Able to handle a dynamic and fast-paced environment
**Other Information**:
- Official working hours are from 11am to 3pm, Mondays to Fridays (more details during the interview)
- $15 per hour worked
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-24 per week
**Salary**: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
