Key Responsibilities
Accounts
- Handle partial set of account and monthly closing.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely submission of reports.
Admin (Backup Role)
- Provide sales support & coordination such as preparing sales quotation and processing of sales & purchase order.
- Provide customer service to our customers and follow up with our suppliers.
- Provide admin support to the sales admin.
- Data entry in SAP ERP system.
Requirements:
- LCCI Accounting qualification.
- 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Meticulous and keen to learning.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
